Your responsibilities:
- Planning, monitoring and controlling of projects from order placement to final acceptance by the customer
- Coordination and distribution of work packages within a project team
- Monitoring of the cost and schedule framework as well as adherence to quality
- Execution and tracking of lessons learned points as well as risk analysis
- Continuous project reporting internally within the company and to the customer
- Technical and organizational coordination with sales as well as with customers and suppliers
- Support of the sales department in the preparation of offers, calculations for new projects as well as order documentation
Your profile:
- Completed studies in mechanical engineering or automation technology (bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, diploma) or a completed technical 3-year vocational training.
- At least 1 year of professional experience and profound knowledge in project management, project handling in the field of plant engineering and / or special machinery
- Interest in process engineering
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of MS Project
- Analytical way of thinking and independent working style
- You are outgoing, a team player and want to take on responsibility
- You have flexibility and can make decisions confidently
