We are hiring: Quality Management Officer (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:
- Maintenance and further development of the certified quality management system
- Preventive quality assurance
- Creation of process and work instructions as well as process descriptions
- Monitoring of processes and initiation of improvement measures
- Conducting internal audits and preparing, organizing and coordinating external certifications and audits
- Implementation of legal and operational requirements, guidelines and standards
- Technical & disciplinary management of the quality department including quality engineering, leadership and coaching of employees
- Responsibility for commissioning and acceptance of manufactured assembly and testing technology
- Set-up of a precision measuring room with 3D coordinate measuring machine
- Quality technical support for customers during production start-ups
- Contact person for project managers on quality issues & responsible for customer and supplier complaints
- Determination of quality relevant key figures and reporting
- Continuous increase of quality awareness and quality level of special machine production and upstream areas such as design, work preparation and production
Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering or comparable qualification or further training as quality management representative (f/m/d) or internal auditor (f/m/d) with relevant professional experience an advantage
- Knowledge of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015
- Distinctive communication and implementation skills, social competence as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
