Your responsibilities:
You are responsible for the worldwide supply of spare parts to our customers
- Consulting and support of customers
- Independent preparation of quotations
- Processing and recording of customer orders as well as their deadline tracking
- Invoice tracking including dunning
- Preparation of spare parts packages
- Processing of complaints
Your profile:
- Completed technical training (preferably with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman in mechanical engineering)
- Professional experience in spare parts management is an advantage
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- English language skills (written and spoken), other foreign languages would be an advantage
- Independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working
- Communication and team skills as well as flexibility
- Flat hierarchies: High appreciation at all levels and collegial working atmosphere
- Permanent full-time employment contract with 35 hours/week and 30 days of vacation per year
