Your responsibilities:
- Support in administrative processes such as the preparation of contracts, maintenance of personnel files and communication with external partners (including health insurance companies)
- Support in day-to-day operations
- Coordination of appointments for interviews
- Support of the on- and off-boarding process
- Support of special projects and taking over own projects
Your profile:
- You are studying in a degree program relevant to the tasks and have at least two more
semesters ahead of you - You have good user skills in MS-Office programs
- You have a hands on mentality and like to bring in your ideas
- You have a high level of self-motivation as well as an independent and responsible working style
- You handle confidential information very responsibly
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German
