Your responsibilities:
- Do you like innovative products? That’s a good thing: At our company, you design and supervise state-of-the-art machines and components from concept development to commissioning at the customer’s site.
- You always find potential for improvement? With us, you work on optimization and modification projects in a goal-oriented way.
- Are you creative and inventive? Then you’ll fit in perfectly with us, because at Schaeffler Elmotec Statomat you’ll realize the requirements from customer specifications in cooperation with Sales and Production.
- Planning, coordinating, implementing – you are good at that? Then the creation of 2D and 3D design documents, parts lists and accompanying documentation will be easy for you.
- Is cost awareness a priority for you? Great – you select machine components and standard elements in cooperation with our purchasing department and our suppliers.
- Are you driven to work independently? All the better. You continuously coordinate your production options with the work preparation and production departments.

Your profile:
- Successfully completed studies in mechanical engineering with a focus on design and development or technician.
- Ideally, several years of professional experience in this field.
- Confident in the use of common CAD software in two and three dimensions (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
- Flexibility, as well as a structured, independent way of working.
- fluent written and spoken German, at least C1 level.
- Flat hierarchies: High appreciation at all levels and collegial working atmosphere
- Permanent full-time employment contract with 40 hours/week and 30 days of vacation per year
- Additional benefits: additional vacation pay and special payment in November
