Together with our customers and partners, we aim to continuously improve and develop winding technology. A particularly successful example is our flat wire wave winding. The adaptation of a proven winding technique to the use of flat wire enables a significant increase in the filling ratio and thus an increase in efficiency. This technology is particularly suitable for applications in the field of alternators and traction drives. By evenly winding a continuous mat, we were able to develop and patent a process that combines the process advantages of round wire wave winding with the high mechanical filling level of a flat wire.

With many years of experience in the field of the most diverse winding technologies, from linear winders to insertion technology. Only by highest precision and process control it is possible to wind up to 30 parallel wires without crossing and to assemble them without damage.
Our machines are designed for maximum durability. Our machines reliably produce copper coils of the highest quality. And that over several product generations.
With the innovative flat wire winding technology, coils for stators can be wound with the highest possible fill factors. This technology is used above all where maximum performance with minimum weight is crucial. The first series applications in the field of traction motors for electric vehicles show that new benchmarks in efficiency can be achieved with flat wire winding technology.
