The patented winding process also ensures that no crossing of wires can occur with parallel wires, thus ensuring an optimum winding and insertion result. The minimum winding head height is ideal for automotive alternators or starter generators.
Automatic production cells
The flexible wave winding inserting machines (WWEM series) also integrate the functions of automatic cover strip assembly, coil inserting station and intermediate forming. The shaft winders are available as stand-alone machines or as a module of a fully automated production line.
